Mike Richardson - General Partner/Manager

In 1982, when Burkhardt Road was just a 2-lane county road, Frank Richardson had the foresight to purchase approximately 30 acres at this location for Hoprich Welding Supply Company to be built on 4 acres. In 1986 construction began on phase one of Burkhardt Square Commerce Centre. Phase one consisted of buildings 1-9 and has expanded currently to 27 buildings. We have an additional 3 acres on the eastern boundary line and 8 acres on the western boundary line for future expansion. Built to last for generations, we are unique in that all of our buildings are made of 8" concrete blocks with a brick exterior.

Building features include low NNN fees, ceiling heights of 18 feet, ground level and dock height overhead doors, most overhead doors are 14 feet tall, 3 phase power in most buildings, R-19 insulation, new roofs, and HVAC on most buildings, all warehouses are heated and all office is air-conditioned. Tall ceiling heights allow for second-story office space if needed, giving up to 50% more square footage at no additional cost. Large lintels in walls make expansion modification simple to adjoining spaces. Attractive, energy-efficient doors and windows and other exterior components provide an aesthetically pleasing design. We have recently added an additional parking lot allowing for an abundance of truck and auto parking.
